Hello! I’m Elijah, an experienced Emergency Management professional and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) subject matter expert with over ten years of proven leadership in emergency planning, response, and preparedness.

 

Throughout my career with the U.S. Air Force, I’ve led strategic, operational, and tactical emergency management efforts, earning multiple commendations for my contributions. From writing emergency operations plans, conducting disaster exercises, managing installation-wide CBRN defense programs and training thousands of personnel, to leading large-scale real-world missions and high-profile security operations for dignitaries and major events, I bring a results-driven, mission-ready mindset to every project.

 

I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management & Homeland Security and advanced FEMA certifications. Beyond federal and state service, I’ve supported civilian organizations by developing compliant emergency operations plans and conducting capability assessments and exercises at local, national, and international levels.

 

I’m passionate about helping organizations strengthen their resilience, protect critical infrastructure, and ensure continuity of operations no matter the threat environment.
